Leroy Robert "Satchel" Paige pitched in the Negro Leagues and he pitched for Cleveland (AL) 1948-1949, St. Louis (AL) 1951-1953, and Kansas City (AL) 1965. He pitched in 179 games, made 26 starts, had 7 complete games, and pitched 4 shutouts. He pitched in the Negro Leagues from 1927 to 1947 appearing in some 290 games.

combined age of 85 years when they paired up on 9/25/1965 for KC-A against Boston Red Sox.
