Lance Parrish caught for Detroit (AL) 1977-1986; Philadelphia (NL) 1987-1988; California (AL) 1989-1992; Seattle (AL) 1992; Cleveland (AL) 1993; Pittsburgh (NL) 1994; and Toronto (AL) 1995. He played in 1,988 games, caught 1,818 games, made 1,715 starts as a catcher, and caught 99 shutouts. Thirty-six of Parrish's shutouts were with more than one pitcher.
