Vida Blue pitched for Oakland (AL) 1969-1977; San Francisco (NL) 1978-1981, 1985-1986; and Kansas City (AL) 1982-1983. He pitched in 502 games, made 473 starts, had 143 complete games and pitched 37 shutouts. Four of Blue's shutouts were with more than one catcher.
