Tommy Byrne pitched for New York (AL) 1943, 1946-1951, 1954-1957; St. Louis (AL) 1951-1952; Chicago (AL) 1953; and Washington (AL) 1953. He pitched in 281 games, made 170 starts, had 65 complete games and pitched 12 shutouts. One of Byrne's shutouts was with multiple catchers.
