Larry French pitched for Pittsburgh (NL) 1929-1934; Chicago (NL) 1935-1941; and Brooklyn (NL) 1941-1942. He pitched in 570 games, made 383 starts, had 198 complete games and pitched 40 shutouts. All of French's shutouts were with one catcher.
